- Results Heat Map, uses survey results/focus group findings to assign a status to each building block. Used to set strategic approach & initiative prioritization
- Conscious Culture Workshop, 4-hour interactive workshop focused on company leadership alignment & comprehension
- Report Out Session, a detailed walk-through of survey and focus group data with company key leaders
